The heritage clubhouse and facilities are available to members, private and community groups for social events and corporate days. Bookings are essential and the hire fee for members is $75 and non members $150.  A bond is required for all private events.

It is a condition of hire that the club bar facilities are used, special requests can be met and the prices are below standard hotel rates.  A security guard may be required for some functions and 21st birthdays.

A well equipped kitchen, barbeques, licensed bar, tables/chairs, wide "colonial" verandah overlooking the courts, adjustable down lighting and air conditioning, make the venue an attractive and comfortable function centre.

Court Hire

Two supergrass courts under lights are available for hire.  Prior bookings are necessary and can be made by phoning 9286 4923.
Hire Fee:
Members: Free without lights, $4.00 per hour per court with lights
Non-Members: $10.00 without lights, $14.00 per hour per court with lights
Half Member(s)/Half Non-Member(s) - $5.00 without lights, $7.00 with lights per hour per court

Grasscourts

Members may use the courts at any time outside of maintenance days or organised club play.  Limited grass courts are available to the public on Sunday afternoons only for social tennis at $15 per hour – per court.  Nets and balls are provided.  Bookings can be made by phoning 9286 4923.

Acceptable tennis attire and correct grasscourt footwear must be worn at all times, the clubhouse facilities, bar and barbeques can be made available for groups on request.
